Executive Leadership

Mads Peter Zacho was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Navigator in August 2022. Mr. Zacho has worked in shipping for almost 20 years. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Navigator, Mr. Zacho was the Head of Industry Transition at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping and before that, held several senior roles at shipping businesses, including as CEO of J. Lauritzen A/S and CFO for TORM Plc and Svitzer. Mr. Zacho has an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development, Lausanne.

Oeyvind Lindeman was appointed Chartering Manager of the Company in November 2007, before being appointed chief commercial officer in January 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Lindeman was employed for five years at A.P. Møller Maersk, a gas transport company as charterer. Mr. Lindeman holds a BA with honors from the University of Strathclyde and an Executive MBA with distinction from Cass Business School.

Gary was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in October 2023. He joined Navigator from KNOT Offshore Partners LP, where he served as both CEO and CFO. Prior to that, Gary was Chief Financial Officer of Biggin Hill Airport Ltd., a private business aviation airport in London, served as Finance Director of NYK’s energy transport business in the EMEA region, and as European Head of Tax for the NYK Group in Europe. Gary has also performed various audit and tax roles for KPMG, including as a member of the Oil and Gas Group.

Michael Schröder joined Navigator following the merger with Ultragas ApS in August 2021, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. During his 32-year career, Mr. Schröder held several senior management positions in Chile and elsewhere. He has served on boards of shipping and logistic companies, as well as international shipping institutions. Mr. Schröder graduated as Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and later obtained an MBA from same university. He completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (Boston). Mr. Schröder is German and Chilean citizen, and resides in Denmark.

Randy Giveans was appointed Executive Vice President of Navigator Gas US and Head of Investor Relations and Business Development in North America in April 2022. Prior to joining Navigator, Mr. Giveans was the Senior Analyst and Group Head of the Energy Maritime Shipping Equity Research Group and a Senior Vice President at Jefferies. He covered 32 energy maritime shipping companies that transport crude oil, refined petroleum products, LNG, LPG, dry bulk commodities, and containers. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, he was named to Institutional Investor's (I.I.) All-America Research Team, and in 2018, he was named an Institutional Investor All-America Research "Rising Star". In 2021, Mr. Giveans was a Top 5 stock picker across all sector analysts according to TipRanks, and in 2018, he was ranked as the #1 Stock Picker for Shipping in the Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards. Prior to joining Jefferies in 2011, he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department at Continental/United Airlines. Mr. Giveans received a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics from Spring Hill College and an MBA in Finance with an Energy Specialization from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
